BEFORE / Founder of Jackel France in 2000, creator of the side-pivot case for solid perfume and the first promoter of zamak in primary packaging and then cosmetics. 

AND ALSO / Lover of good wine and meat. A player of the little round ball.

Julien BALMES

Deputy General Director

@ PVLB / Responds to customer requests in conjunction with partner factories in order to make the customer’s wishes industrially feasible. Responsible for cost, quality, deadlines and CSR.

SUPER POWER / Professional awareness and rigour in project design and development.

BEFORE / ESIEC packaging engineer, 20+ years experience in primary cosmetics packaging (higher learning, internships, jobs). 

AND ALSO / Cooking (to make and especially to enjoy!), former volleyball player (several years at pre-national level and 1 year at English university national level), club member and federal rowing instructor.

Louis ORLOWSKI

Commercial Development

@PVLB / Supports existing customers while developing a portfolio of prospective customers. Helps customers to make the best choice of materials while respecting their needs and budget.

SUPER POWER / His mantra: he never gives up. 

BEFORE / Holds a BAC+5 in international business from EBS. 

AND ALSO / Plenty of sport – plays hockey and tennis.

Magalie GOSA

Technical Development

@ PVLB / Assists customers and studies the feasibility of their pack developments, advises on technical choices, monitors developments and fine-tuning while respecting quality, deadlines and costs.

SUPER POWER / A very contagious laugh and a big appetite.

BEFORE / Holder of a degree in packaging engineering and a DUT in materials, 20 years of packaging development expertise on the client and supplier side in the cosmetics industry. 

AND ALSO / Cooking to share convivial moments, long walks or bike rides to contemplate landscapes.

Chloé GUIRAUD

Technical Development

@ PVLB / Helps PVLB’s clients to create unique projects by guiding them from brief to production.

SUPER POWER / Always finds a creative outlet.

AND ALSO / Enjoys life to the fullest, convinced that positive things attract positive things.

Laure WAPLER

Commercial Development Wines & Spirits

@ PVLB / Helps PVLB to develop the wine & spirits sector to expand its business.

SUPER POWER / Able to create relationships even when it seems impossible.

BEFORE / Sorbonne and City University. She created her own leather goods brand PAWO in Mexico in 2016 and then joined PARCOME, which specialises in secondary packaging in Hong Kong/Paris. 

AND ALSO / Great curiosity and an ability to spot new trends. Back to university for a course specialising in wine tasting to heighten her senses. Loves Japanese food and good wine!

Youline BENHATTA

Technical Development

@ PVLB / Assists technical developers with their projects and with the obtention of CSR certifications as a work-study student while continuing her 3rd year packaging degree.

SUPER POWER / Has mastered the art of organisation with long To-do lists. 

BEFORE / Internship in promotional packaging (gifting), 1st year degree in Art History. 

AND ALSO / Able to get up at 3am to walk to the top of a mountain to see the sunrise, can spend hours researching about Californian architecture from the 1950s.

Agnieszka BANIA

Accountant

@ PVLB / Accounts for and verifies the company’s financial data.

SUPER POWER / Able to adapt to a new environment in record time.

BEFORE / Faculty of Economics in Sopot, Poland, experience as an accountant in various structures (Energy, Local Mission, Accounting Firm). IFRS certificate.

AND ALSO / Able to walk for several hours to clear her head, enjoys discovering new cultures.

Shelley Wu

Project Coordinator Asia/Europe

@ PVLB / Manages procurement and oversees project development & communicating. 

SUPER POWER / Can negotiate the best deals even in the toughest markets and thrives under pressure.

BEFORE / Years of experience in the cosmetics industry. Extensive background in supplier management, contract negotiations, and new product development.

AND ALSO / A culinary enthusiast who loves to experiment with new recipes, and a passionate traveler with a knack for discovering hidden gems around the world.
